AllSaints started in 1994 as a wholesale menswear label supplying Harvey Nichols and Harrods, named partly for All Saints Road in Notting Hill and partly for founder Stuart Trevor's own nickname. The first standalone store opened on Carnaby Street in 1997, and the identity settled early: London, slightly gothic, more rock club than runway. Graphic tees became the clearest expression of that. AllSaints draws its men's prints by hand in its East London studio rather than pulling from a stock library, which is why they read as drawings instead of decals. Dealt sits squarely in that lineage.
