Yeezy Foam Runner Ochre

Released on 18 September 2021 and part of the Yeezy Foam Runner line. This release has a eva upper in Ochre/Ochre/Ochre. Ochre is a pigment name, which suits a shoe that looks more like a moulded object than a piece of footwear. The Foam Runner released on 26 June 2020 with an oval vented toe and a heel that rises in one unbroken sweep, and it carried no logo of any kind, so its identity rested entirely on that outline. A deep earthy orange brown gives the form warmth and weight, closer to fired clay than to anything sporty, and it sits naturally in a palette that had always preferred pigment and terrain to fashion colour. adidas terminated the Yeezy partnership on 25 October 2022, so this colourway now trades as archive rather than current product.
