Two ways to run it. One: make Ash Grey the daily driver on your non dominant wrist, a finger's width above the wrist bone, snug enough that the sensor does not slide when you rotate your hand, and keep a darker band for heavy training. Two: move it up to the bicep for lifting and cycling, where a wrist band fights bar contact and drop bars. There is no size to pick, only tension, so fit is genuinely one size and you adjust it to the day. Care is simple: hand wash with gentle soap in cold water and air dry only, no dryer, no hot water, which keeps the knit from going stiff. Water resistance is rated IP68 to 10 metres for two hours, which covers showers, rain and pool laps. One honest limitation: CoreKnit is not ECG capable, so if you want ECG readings you need a different band in the family.
