Use one: everyday running of thirty to sixty minutes on road or treadmill, where predictable cushioning matters more than responsiveness and the shoe just has to disappear. Use two: gym cardio, walking and general standing days, which is honestly where most pairs of this model spend their lives and where the comfort tuning pays off.
