Nike Zoomx Invincible 3 Cool Grey Black

Released on 1 July 2023 and part of Nike's ZoomX Invincible 3 line. This release has a flyknit upper in Cool Grey/Pewter/Iron Grey/Black. Cool Grey with Black is the least decorative thing you can put on a maximal trainer, and that restraint is the point. The Invincible 3 uses ZoomX, Nike's altered Pebax foam, the lightest and most responsive in its range and the material that made its racing shoes famous, but deploys it in a shoe meant for the slow, repetitive kilometres that make up most of a runner's year. A dark neutral finish tells you what kind of purchase this is: not a collector's item, not a talking point, a tool bought to be used until the foam gives out and then bought again in a different colour.
