Nike Air Max 90 Off-Black

Designed by Tinker Hatfield and released on 7 February 2019 as part of Nike's Air Max 90 line. This release has the Black/Black/Cone/White colourway. The Air Max line began in 1987 with a simple, radical decision: take the pressurised gas unit Nike had been sealing inside its midsoles and cut a window so people could see it. The Air Max 90 is the shape that turned that idea into an icon, with the sculpted mudguard panels that make it recognisable in silhouette alone. OFF-Black is the near monochrome make up, a deep charcoal leaning black across the upper that quiets the model's usual colour blocking and lets the panelling and the visible unit carry the shoe on their own. It is the Air Max 90 for people who like the shape more than the noise.
