The RM line takes the fourth model off the court and rebuilds it for walking, keeping the parts that make the 4 identifiable in outline and changing what happens underneath. Black with Light Bone is the most functional way it comes: a dark upper with a pale, warm off white on the sole and trim, so the shape reads clearly at distance without any colour signalling. The 4's design identity was always its hardware, the mounted lace wings, the open side panels and the visible heel structure, and those survive a lifestyle rebuild better than most silhouettes would, because they are structural features rather than decoration.
