Released on 1 December 2023 and part of adidas's Sambae line. This release has a leather upper in Core Black/Core Black/Cloud White. The Sambae takes the most recognisable low profile shoe in the adidas catalogue and gives it a new stance, built for women rather than adapted to them. The Samba language is all here: the T shaped toe overlay, the low collar, the stitched Three Stripes that adidas has treated as structure since buying the mark from Karhu Sports in 1952. What changes is the volume underneath and the way the shoe reads on the foot.
