Terms of Service (Qatar).

These Qatar Terms of Service ("Qatar Terms") are issued by Metacircles Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at Plot no. 9, 4 Bay, Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001 ("Culture Circle", "Company", "we", "us"). They govern access to, use of, and purchases through the Culture Circle Qatar storefront at culture-circle.com/qa and any related mobile interfaces (the "Platform"). By placing an order, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform from a Qatar delivery address, you ("Qatar Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Qatar Terms together with the Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, Customs & Duties Disclosure, Payment Disclosure and Returns Policy that apply to Qatar orders. These Qatar Terms reflect the operating reality that Metacircles Technologies Private Limited is the contracting party for every Qatar order, that our cross-border logistics partners carry the shipment from India and act as importer of record, and that payments are processed in QAR.

In these Qatar Terms: a) "QAR Price" means the price displayed in QAR on the Platform. b) "Landed Cost" means the QAR Price inclusive of product cost, cross-border shipping and all applicable import duties and local taxes, bundled at checkout. c) "Order" means a request placed by a Qatar Customer to purchase one or more Products through the Platform. d) "COD" means cash on delivery, as described in clause 3 and in the Payment Disclosure. e) "Qatar" means the Qatar. f) "Qatar Customer" means a buyer with a delivery address in Qatar.

a) The Platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to contract under the laws of Qatar and India. b) Minors under 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Qatar Terms and assumes responsibility for every Order placed in connection with that use. c) You represent that the payment instrument used is lawfully held by you, that the delivery address is genuine, and that the contact details supplied are accurate and reachable in Qatar. d) Culture Circle may refuse, suspend or cancel any Order where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, prohibited-item content, sanctions exposure, or breach of these Qatar Terms.

a) All prices on the Qatar storefront are displayed in QAR. The QAR Price shown at checkout is the amount charged. b) Prepaid Orders are charged in QAR at checkout. Your card-issuing bank may apply a foreign-transaction fee at its own discretion, because Culture Circle's merchant domicile is outside Qatar. That fee is charged by your bank, not by Culture Circle, and is not refundable by Culture Circle. c) Cash on delivery is available. On Orders of QAR 450 or less, the full amount is paid in cash to the delivery agent and nothing is charged online. On Orders above QAR 450, 20% of the Order is charged to your card at checkout and the balance is collected in cash on delivery. d) By placing an Order you accept the Bank-Fee Acknowledgment set out in the Payment Disclosure at /qa/payment-disclosure.

a) Placing an Order is an offer to purchase the selected Products on these Qatar Terms. Acceptance occurs only on dispatch by Culture Circle or its seller partners. b) Culture Circle may accept or reject any Order in whole or in part, including for stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment-verification failure, sanctions screening, failed COD verification, or suspected fraud. c) Cancellation by the customer is governed by clause 5. d) Dispatch and shipping are governed by the Shipping Policy at /qa/shipping.

a) An Order can be cancelled only within 3 hours of being placed. For Instant and Xpress items the window is 1 hour, because those are dispatched immediately. Once the window has closed the Order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable. Products sold in drop mode cannot be cancelled at any point. b) The window runs from the time the Order is placed, not from dispatch. It closes before the Order leaves the warehouse, so an Order already in transit or held at customs is past the point of cancellation. c) To cancel inside the window, contact support at customersupport@culture-circle.com or on WhatsApp at +971 54 273 7426 with your Order number. A cancellation made inside the window is refunded in full to the original payment instrument. d) Culture Circle may itself cancel an Order at any stage under clause 4, including for stock unavailability, failed payment or identity verification, sanctions screening, or a customs rejection. Where Culture Circle cancels, the refund is handled under the Payment Disclosure at /qa/payment-disclosure, and any import duty already remitted to the customs authority is deducted, as set out in the Customs & Duties Disclosure at /qa/customs-duties. e) Cancellation is separate from returns. An item that arrives damaged, wrong, or failing authenticity verification is handled under the Returns Policy at /qa/returns and is not limited by this window.

a) Orders are shipped from India by our cross-border logistics partners, who act as importer of record into Qatar. b) The Landed Cost displayed at checkout includes applicable import duty and local tax. You are not asked to pay duty or tax separately to the courier on delivery. On a COD Order, the only amount collected at the door is the outstanding QAR balance of the Order itself. c) Culture Circle publishes a shipping time, not a delivery date. Shipping and customs clearance are described in the Shipping Policy at /qa/shipping and the Customs & Duties Disclosure at /qa/customs-duties.

a) Qatar Orders are non-returnable except where the item arrives damaged, is materially different from the item ordered, or fails Culture Circle authenticity verification. Eligible cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. b) Size exchanges are not offered on Qatar Orders. c) The full Returns Policy is at /qa/returns. d) Nothing in these Qatar Terms limits your statutory rights under the Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008 or any successor regulation.

a) Every product sold by Culture Circle passes an in-house authentication check before dispatch. Where a Certificate of Authenticity is issued for an Order, it can be verified at culture-circle.com/validate-coa. b) If you believe an item you received is not authentic, raise it within 48 hours of delivery under the Returns Policy. Culture Circle will re-verify the item and, where the item fails verification, refund the Order in full. c) Culture Circle's authentication opinion is a professional assessment and does not transfer or imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, the brand owner.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Qatar Customer on physical delivery to the nominated address by the last-mile delivery partner.

a) Culture Circle's aggregate liability in connection with any Order shall not exceed the QAR amount paid for that Order. b) Culture Circle is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including customs delays, customs holds and customs-rejection events, foreign-transaction fees applied by your card-issuing bank, or delays caused by force majeure under clause 11. c) Nothing here limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

Culture Circle is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, embargoes, Qatar customs holds, carrier disruption, internet or payment-gateway outages, and labour disputes. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

a) These Qatar Terms are governed by the laws of India. b) Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration seated in New Delhi, India, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the award shall be final and binding. c) You consent to this forum by placing an Order on the Platform. d) This clause does not limit your statutory consumer-protection rights under the Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, including the right to complain to the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

On high-value Orders, Culture Circle may request additional Know-Your-Customer information including identity proof and source-of-funds confirmation, in line with applicable anti-money-laundering norms. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.

a) Severability: if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. b) Entire agreement: these Qatar Terms together with the Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, Customs & Duties Disclosure, Payment Disclosure and Returns Policy form the entire agreement for Qatar Orders. c) Amendments: Culture Circle may amend these Qatar Terms at any time. Material amendments are notified by email or by prominent notice on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance. d) Language: these Qatar Terms are issued in English. Any translation is for convenience only and the English version prevails in case of conflict.
