New Balance 1000 Deep Ocean

Released on 1 September 2025 and part of the 1000 line. This release has a mesh upper in Deep Ocean. Deep blue is a team colour before it is a fashion colour, and New Balance has spent a decade building a football business that runs on exactly those tones. It entered global football by acquiring Warrior Sports in 2015 and now outfits clubs from FC Porto and Lille to Sao Paulo, Atalanta and West Ham United. The 1000, a numbered runner pulled back out of the brand's running archive, arrives in Deep Ocean carrying that same seriousness. It is a saturated navy leaning blue that reads almost black in low light and opens up in daylight, applied to a silhouette that was originally engineered rather than styled. The result is an archive shoe with no nostalgia softness in it.
