The Air Jordan 8 is a maximal shoe from the middle of the Tinker Hatfield run, built when the brief was protection and graphic confidence rather than weight saving. It has the volume to carry a saturated colour without looking accidental, which is why the model keeps getting handed unusual palettes. Paprika is one of those: a warm, spice toned red orange that belongs to no team and references no championship, chosen because it suits the shape.
