Air Jordan 1 Low Gs Black Very Berry

Designed by Peter Moore and released on 28 October 2021 as part of the Air Jordan 1 line. This release has a leather upper in Black/White/Very Berry. Very Berry is a deep, cool pink pushed almost to purple, and it belongs to the run of low cut 1 colourways that treat the model as a colour delivery system. That is a role the shoe earned. The panelling Peter Moore drew with Bruce Kilgore is simple enough that any two tone split reads clearly, and the low cut in particular has carried most of the line's experimental colour work because there is less surface to overwhelm. Black takes the base here, which pulls the berry tone forward without letting it dominate, and the grade school sizing puts the release exactly where the colour calendar is followed most closely.
