G-Shock By Casio Nano Ring Watch Black

Designed by Designer. This piece is made in upper material. Black is the original G-Shock colour and the reason the square case became legible in the first place, so the black nano ring is the purest version of this object. The shape traces to the DW-5000C, which launched in April 1983 after Kikuo Ibe worked through roughly 200 prototypes, throwing them out of a bathroom window, and arrived at his solution after watching children play with a rubber ball: suspend the module inside the case so impact energy travels around it. That structural idea, not the styling, is what made the watch famous. The styling followed, and four decades later the silhouette alone is enough to identify the brand at ring scale.
