Two ways to wear it. First, layered, which is the default: over a white or black long-sleeve tee, with wide dark trousers and a low sneaker, so the jersey works as a colour panel rather than as the whole outfit. Expect a mesh or open-structure fabric, side panelling that shapes the drape, and finished edges at the arm and neck that hold their shape rather than curling. The cobalt and white pairing puts the fabric structure on display, since a bright blue against white shows the weave and every panel seam. In wear, the honest trade is that a true jersey is nearly transparent under strong light and offers no warmth at all, which is why it is almost always layered.
