Part of New Balance's 9060 line. This release has a suede upper. The 9060 is New Balance sampling its own archive. The 99x line ran a straight road from the 990 in 1982 through the 991, 992 and 993 to the 990v6, each one a serious runner's shoe rebuilt at a premium, and the 9060 takes that vocabulary and warps it: same family logic, none of the restraint. Black Royal Gum is the aggressive read on it.
