Designed by Peter Moore and released on 20 March 2025 as part of the Air Jordan 1 line. This release has a leather upper in Wolf Grey/Sail/Photon Dust/Black. A mule is a backless shoe, and turning the Air Jordan 1 into one for golf is the furthest the silhouette has travelled from a basketball court. Jordan Brand has been moving outside its sport for years, becoming sole equipment provider to the Michigan Wolverines football team in 2016 and sponsoring Paris Saint-Germain in 2018, its first association football club, and the golf line is the most lifestyle facing arm of that expansion. Wolf Grey with black keeps it appropriate for a course with a dress code. The front of the shoe still carries the panel structure Peter Moore drew in 1984, which is the only reason a backless slip on is recognisable as an Air Jordan at all.
