On Running Cloudmonster 2 Undyed Zest

Released on 4 March 2024 and part of On Running's Cloudmonster 2 line. This release has a mesh upper in Undyed/Zest. Undyed Zest is the second generation Cloudmonster with two ideas in the name. Undyed says the dye step was left out, so the base material stays close to its natural tone rather than being coloured to a target. Zest is the citrus accent that stops that natural tone from looking accidental. Putting a raw finish on the most engineered silhouette On makes is a genuinely modern move for a company that only started in 2010, when Olivier Bernhard cut a garden hose into sections and glued them to a sole in Zurich to prove a hollow shape could cushion on landing and firm up for push off after Nike turned the concept down.
