Adidas Duramo Slides

Part of the Duramo Slides line. This release has the White/Dark Navy colourway. The Duramo slide is the least romantic shoe adidas makes and one of the most worn. It exists for the moment after sport: the walk from pool to changing room, from ground to bus, from bathroom to bed. adidas has made that shoe in some form for decades, because a company that started by watching athletes eventually notices what they put on when the session ends. The Duramo strips the format down to essentials, one moulded strap across the foot and a sole shaped to the arch, and sells it in volume rather than as a statement. It carries the Three Stripes across the strap, which is the only concession to identity, and it is enough. Everyone recognises it from across a locker room.
