Stanley The Activate Shaker Bottle (Azure)

Azure is the most literal colour in a hydration brand's palette: water blue on a bottle built for water. The Activate Shaker is Stanley's fitness piece, and it inherits a material logic that goes back to 1913, when the founder used a welding process from his transformer work to build an all-steel vacuum bottle that would not shatter. Those bottles were dropped from aircraft and run over by heavy equipment to prove the point, and they were carried by bomber crews in the Second World War. That is the ancestry behind a gym bottle in a bright blue. The shape is contemporary, the reason it is made of steel is a century old.
