Designed by Peter Moore and released on 10 July 2024 as part of the Air Jordan 1 line. This release has a leather upper in White/White/Pink Foam/Glacier Blue. Paw Print is a women's Jordan 1 Low SE built around a graphic rather than a team code, which tells you how far the silhouette has travelled from the hardwood. The base shape is Peter Moore's 1985 design in its lowest cut, the one that made the model wearable in every setting the original was never meant for. Since Jordan Brand became a standalone Nike division it has run a full women's line with its own design language, and playful graphic editions belong to that programme rather than to any anniversary or retro calendar. It is a shoe that asks to be noticed for the print, not for the year it references.
Let the print lead. Plain black or white trousers with a matching plain top gives the graphic space, which is the whole point of buying it. For a softer look, cream wide leg trousers and a grey knit lets the print read as a small detail rather than a statement. Skip patterned clothing entirely. The Low is the most forgiving cut for daily wear and sits well under a cropped trouser. Size true to your usual sneaker size, keep the pair out of rain, clean printed areas with minimal water, and store it boxed away from direct light so the graphic stays sharp.
Jordan Brand's cultural roster now runs well past basketball, through music collaborators including Billie Eilish, Nicki Minaj, Drake, J Balvin and Travis Scott and through design partners such as Off-White under Virgil Abloh, Dior and KAWS. Graphic led women's releases sit in that half of the business, aimed at people who arrived through culture rather than through the NBA, though the sport side still holds with signed athletes including Maya Moore and Jordin Canada. The Jumpman works here as a house mark, not a team badge, which is what lets a print like this sit next to it without a clash.
The Low keeps the familiar panel layout, the Wings mark and a cut collar, sitting on a flat rubber cupsole with a firm ride. There is no visible Air unit in this pattern, since that cushioning entered the line from the Air Jordan II onward, so the feel is grounded rather than springy. On an SE with a graphic story, the print and the applied detailing are the fragile parts of the shoe, not the panels: they scuff before leather does and they fade under sunlight faster. Treat the printed sections gently, clean them with a barely damp cloth rather than a brush, and keep the midsole white with a sponge so the graphic keeps its contrast.
