Clot is Edison Chen's label, and the jacket is credited to him in its own name, which puts it in the tradition adidas started when it invented the modern designer partnership through Yohji Yamamoto's Y-3 line, Stella McCartney, Jeremy Scott, Raf Simons and Alexander Wang. The garment underneath is Originals, the division the Trefoil has marked since the mark was retired from corporate use in 1997, having been designed in 1971 and launched for the 1972 Munich Olympics. A Chinese New Year brown reads as an earth tone rather than the usual festival red, which is the more considered choice and the reason the jacket works outside the moment it was made for.
