Gymshark started in a Birmingham garage with a sewing machine, a screen printer and, in the brand's own words, ambitions it had no right to hold. Ben Francis founded it in 2012 and built it by listening to the conditioning community rather than talking at it, which is how a garage operation ended up shipping to more than 200 countries. The Gymshark graphic runs in Sets Red against the charcoal core marl ground, the only colour on the piece and the reason it never reads blank.
