Orders

  • While most orders ship on-time, your order could experience shipping and/or fulfillment delays due to various reasons beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

  • In the event the tracking number on your prepaid shipping label indicates that the package has not left the drop-off location within 72 hours, you may need to reach out to the applicable courier to attempt to retrieve the package. If you are unable to retrieve the package from the courier, please feel free to reach out to the team to assist.

  • You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply email/whatsapp us. You may not cancel an offer after it has been accepted by a seller.

  • While Culture Circle strongly discourages our sellers from canceling orders, there are some circumstances in which sellers are unable to complete orders. For sneaker orders, Culture Circle will make every effort to find a replacement in a timely manner, but if unsuccessful, your order will be canceled. Please note, sellers may be subject to repercussions if they cancel orders after they have been confirmed in order to discourage this behavior.

  • If your order is canceled, the item may still be available for purchase. Please note, the item may not be available at the same price as your canceled order.

  • If you’re using the app, tap on the “Profile” icon, then “Orders” to make sure your order was processed.

  • We accept several different payment methods for purchases made through Culture Circle. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.You can also pay via EMIs and UPI.

Shipping

  • Culture Circle offers FREE shipping for all orders and bears the shipping cost itself.

  • Culture Circle is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. You may, however, cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it and before it is confirmed by the seller, (whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.

  • All orders are dispatched after a 3-5 day rigorous verification process once confirmed. In any rare cases wherein there is a delay from the seller to source the order we will keep you updated with the delivery timelines. Rest assured we pride ourselves on our industry leading client experience. We unfortunately don't have control over the delivery time as each courier partner is different. We try our absolute best to make sure the seller opts for express shipping.

Returns

  • Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s). For certain situations, such as order cancellations, where Culture Circle issues a refund to your original payment method, please allow your financial institution 3-5 business days to fully process the refund.

  • We accept returns in cases of a damaged/defective items delivered. Please make sure an unboxing video is made for every purchase - which is NEEDED by the seller to process the return. We can't do returns for size exchange requests.
