You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply email/whatsapp us. You may not cancel an offer after it has been accepted by a seller.

All orders are dispatched within 5 days after a rigorous verification process once confirmed. In any rare cases wherein there is a delay from the seller to source the order, we will keep you updated with the accurate delivery timelines. We use express shipping pan India with best-in-class delivery partners as the timeline for each courier partner is different.

We accept returns in cases of a damaged/defective items delivered. Please make sure an unboxing video is made for every purchase - which is NEEDED by the seller to process the return. We can't do returns for size exchange requests.

Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s). For certain situations, such as order cancellations, where Culture Circle issues a refund to your original payment method, please allow your financial institution 3-5 business days to fully process the refund.
