Choose among Samba, Gazelle and Handball Spezial by the exact edition and how it fits your foot. A colourway photo or the family name alone does not establish materials, sole construction or comfort.
Compare the exact versions
| Family | Useful distinction | Check before buying |
|---|---|---|
| Samba | Samba OG, Classic and other editions are different | Upper materials, tongue and the model-specific fit guide |
| Gazelle | Standard, Indoor and Bold are distinct versions | Outsole construction and whether it is a platform edition |
| Handball Spezial | Compare the full Handball Spezial listing | Material, size scale and exact colour/style code |
Which one suits your preference?
Start with the silhouette you want, then check the actual upper and sole in the listing. For a Samba, read the brand’s edition-specific fit advice. For Gazelle, distinguish the Indoor sole from standard and Bold versions. For Spezial, inspect the particular material and colourway instead of borrowing fit claims from a Gazelle review. These are useful shopping distinctions, not a measured comfort ranking.
Fit and materials before popularity
A leather upper and a suede upper can feel different and need different care. Check the composition rather than assigning one material to every model in a family. Try both shoes with your regular socks. If a low-profile shape compresses your forefoot, increasing length may create heel slip. Read the Samba sizing guide before comparing your usual number across models.
Compare the price you can actually buy
Select your size before comparing prices. Confirm the style code, colourway, adult or children’s construction, condition and delivery estimate. An attractive starting price may apply to a different size. Size exchange is conditional on the order, request window, unused condition and an eligible replacement; read the quote before committing.
Use the same size system and equivalent condition when comparing. A discounted colourway in another size does not establish which model is cheaper for you. For running or a specific sport, look for a current performance model intended for that use.
