An order placed with any seller can be canceled by the user on the Track Your Order page or by sending an email to [email protected]. You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply email/whatsapp us. You may not cancel an offer after it has been accepted by a seller. All eligible refunds against the Cancellation of Orders by the user before dispatch will be subject to a 3% deduction due to Banking and Transaction Charges. The balance amount would be processed and refunded to the user. The user understands and agrees to such deduction by putting in this Cancellation request for any Order.
The User's receipt of an electronic or another form of an order does not signify the Company's acceptance of this order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the company's offer to sell. The company reserves the right at any time (after receipt of the users order) to accept or decline the order, for whatever reason. The user's order will be deemed to be accepted by the company upon shipment of the product that the user has ordered, as indicated by the company's servers. Title to the goods and all risk of loss passes to the user upon delivery to the common carrier. The company may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. A) The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products in the following instances: (i) Products being listed at an incorrect price rebate or refund or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. (ii)The company is not able to deliver these Products due to force majeure or events that are acts of God such as epidemics, lightning strikes, earthquakes, floods, storms, explosions, fires or any other natural disaster. Also included are events such as decrees or restraint by governmental authorities, acts or war, acts of public enemies, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, sabotage and revolution, strikes etc. (iii) Any other reason B) The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and the user's credit/debit/cash card charged. If the user's credit/debit/cash card has already been charged for the purchase and the user's order is canceled, the company shall immediately issue a credit to the user's credit/debit/cash card amount for the amount of the charge.
Items are returnable if they have been received in a condition that is: physically damaged; has missing parts or accessories; defective; reasonably different from its description on the product detail page on Culture Circle.
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; The product is not different from what was shipped to you; Product cannot be returned or exchanged if you ordered the wrong size. If the product has been tried on feet then product cannot be returned or exchanged. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given. Once the return is received, you will (in accordance with Culture Circle's Return Policy) be issued a refund to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). Please note that remorse decisions like wrong colour are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Customers visit your website and provide their consent. Based on this, you contact them via third-party software to determine which product or service they are interested in.
Most products are eligible for free replacement, by initiating a request within 72 hours (from the date of delivery), in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product by initiating a request for refund within 72 hours from the date of delivery (excluding shipping cost if any plus 3% deduction due to Banking and Transaction Charges). Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund.
