Payment Disclosure (UAE).

This Payment Disclosure explains how Orders on culture-circle.com/ae are priced in AED, how payment is processed by Razorpay International, how your card-issuing bank may add fees, and how refunds work. By placing an Order on /ae, the UAE Customer acknowledges and accepts the Bank-Fee Acknowledgment in clause 5.

All prices on /ae are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The AED price you see at checkout is the price your card is charged. The AED price is set by Culture Circle and refreshed periodically. Culture Circle reserves the right to update AED prices at any time; the price applicable to your Order is the one displayed and accepted at checkout.

UAE Customer payments are processed by Razorpay International, a payment gateway licensed and regulated under applicable payment-services regulations. Razorpay International charges your card in AED, the same currency displayed at checkout. Culture Circle does not store full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment-instrument data is held and processed by Razorpay International in line with PCI-DSS standards.

a) The charge for your Order will normally appear on your statement in AED, matching the AED price displayed at checkout. b) Your card-issuing bank may, at its discretion, add a "foreign transaction fee" (typically 1%–3% of the transaction value) to charges made to merchants domiciled outside the UAE. Culture Circle is operated by an Indian-incorporated entity and Razorpay International is the payment processor, so your bank may treat the transaction as a foreign-merchant transaction and apply its standard foreign-transaction fee. c) Foreign-transaction fees are charged by your issuing bank, not by Culture Circle. They are not refundable by Culture Circle. Please consult your bank for its current fee schedule. d) In rare cases, depending on your card type and your bank's routing rules, the transaction may be presented to your bank in a currency other than AED. Where this occurs, your bank applies its own conversion at its prevailing rate, which may differ slightly from the AED price displayed at checkout.

Where Culture Circle issues a refund (in line with the Returns Policy at /ae/returns or for a cancelled Order): a) The refund is processed by Razorpay International back to the original payment instrument in AED — the same currency in which your Order was charged. b) The refund amount equals the AED amount originally charged, less any non-refundable customs duties (see /ae/customs-duties) and less any cancellation deductions disclosed in the Returns Policy. c) Foreign-transaction fees previously charged by your card-issuing bank are not refundable by Culture Circle. Please consult your bank for its refund-fee policy. d) Typical refund timeline: 7–14 business days from refund initiation, plus your issuing bank's settlement period (3–7 days).

By placing an Order on culture-circle.com/ae, the UAE Customer acknowledges and accepts that: a) Orders are charged in AED matching the price displayed at checkout. Refunds, when applicable, are processed back in AED at the original Order amount (less non-refundable customs duties and any disclosed deductions). b) The customer's card-issuing bank may, at its discretion, apply a foreign-transaction fee or other surcharge to the original charge or to a refund based on Culture Circle's merchant domicile (outside the UAE). Such fees are charged by the bank, not by Culture Circle, and are not refundable by Culture Circle. c) The customer should consult their card-issuing bank for the bank's fee schedule before placing an Order if such fees are a concern. This acknowledgment is a material term of using the Platform.

For payment disputes: a) Contact Culture Circle support first at customersupport@culture-circle.com. b) If the dispute cannot be resolved bilaterally, the UAE Customer may escalate via Razorpay International's dispute mechanism or via their card-issuing bank's chargeback process. c) As an Indian-incorporated entity, Culture Circle is subject to applicable Indian payment regulations including those issued by the Reserve Bank of India.

Culture Circle and Razorpay International apply fraud-prevention checks on UAE Orders. High-risk Orders may be held pending additional verification, including identity verification or source-of-funds confirmation. Orders flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded.
