This UAE Shipping Policy describes how Culture Circle dispatches, ships, and delivers Orders to UAE Customers, and the allocation of responsibility between Culture Circle and ShipGlobal, our cross-border logistics partner and importer of record. By placing an Order on culture-circle.com/ae, the UAE Customer agrees to this Shipping Policy.
All UAE Orders are shipped from India to the UAE through ShipGlobal, which acts as: a) the cross-border logistics carrier; b) the importer of record into the UAE; and c) the customs-handling agent. Last-mile delivery within the UAE is performed by ShipGlobal's local delivery partner network.
Culture Circle ships to all seven Emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Deliveries to UAE free zones (e.g., DIFC, JAFZA, DAFZA) may require additional handling and may have extended delivery timelines. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not supported.
Estimated delivery timelines from order placement to delivery at the UAE address: a) Instant / Xpress orders: approximately 3 days. b) In-hand orders: 7 to 10 days. c) Sourced or custom orders: as displayed on the product listing. Timelines exclude UAE public holidays, exceptional customs-hold events, and force majeure. Estimates are not delivery guarantees.
Shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is included in the Landed Cost in AED. The amount may vary by Emirate and by Order weight or dimensional weight. All shipping costs are charged in AED and do not require separate payment to the courier on delivery.
All UAE customs duty (where applicable) and 5% UAE Federal VAT are handled end-to-end by ShipGlobal as importer of record, and are already included in the AED price you pay at checkout. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional customs duty, VAT, courier handling fee, or any other charge on delivery. There are no surprise costs at the door. Upon dispatch, the UAE Customer will receive a tracking ID from ShipGlobal via email and SMS. The tracking ID can be used on ShipGlobal's tracking portal to monitor the shipment from the India warehouse to UAE delivery. Culture Circle's customer-support team is available during the hours stated in clause 11 to assist with tracking queries.
For successful delivery, the UAE Customer must provide: a) Recipient full name as per government-issued identity. b) Complete street address including building name, floor, apartment / villa number, and area name. c) Emirate. d) Nearest landmark (mandatory in the UAE; addresses without landmarks may delay delivery). e) Active mobile phone number reachable in the UAE. UAE postal codes are not used for last-mile delivery and need not be provided.
If the first delivery attempt fails (recipient unavailable, address inaccessible, contact number unreachable), ShipGlobal will make one additional attempt within 48 hours. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be held at the local hub for up to 5 calendar days for self-collection. Beyond that period, the parcel may be returned to India. Re-dispatch in such cases will be subject to additional shipping charges payable by the UAE Customer.
If the shipment arrives in a visibly damaged or tampered condition, the UAE Customer should: a) Refuse to accept delivery, OR accept and report the issue within 48 hours; b) Report the issue to customersupport@culture-circle.com with photographic evidence and an unboxing video, in accordance with the Returns Policy at /ae/returns. Failure to report within 48 hours may limit eligibility for a refund or replacement.
The UAE working week is generally Monday to Friday in most emirates, with Saturday and Sunday observed as the weekend. Deliveries are not guaranteed on UAE public holidays, including Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Day, and other dates declared by UAE authorities. Indian public holidays may also affect dispatch from the India warehouse.

Delivery may be delayed or prevented by events beyond Culture Circle's or ShipGlobal's reasonable control, including UAE customs holds, port congestion, weather events, sanctions, and government action. In such cases, neither Culture Circle nor ShipGlobal is liable for delay-related losses.
