Culture Circle delivery depends on the selected product, size, seller and destination. Use the estimate shown for that selection and your pin code; a label on another size does not establish your delivery date.
What the delivery labels mean

Dispatch is not delivery
Seller confirmation, receipt for checks, dispatch and courier delivery are separate milestones. “Shipped” means the parcel has moved into the courier stage, not that it has arrived. An order may contain items with different readiness or shipment histories. Track the individual item rather than applying the fastest item’s estimate to the whole order.
Before paying
- Select the exact size and enter the destination pin code.
- Read the displayed delivery estimate and charges for that selection.
- Check the selected fulfilment option again in checkout.
- For a time-sensitive purchase, ask support about any unclear estimate before ordering.
If the estimate changes
Open order tracking and identify the current stage. If there is no update or the estimate has passed, contact support with the order number and the last visible milestone. Ask whether the pending step is seller confirmation, sourcing, authentication, dispatch or courier delivery. Do not treat a missing courier scan as proof of a lost parcel.
Alternatives, cancellations and exceptions
An alternative item may have a different fulfilment estimate. Review alternative-item help before confirming. NOW and XPRESS cancellation exclusions and other conditions are set out in the published policy. This article does not create a cancellation right or a universal delivery guarantee.
