Released on 22 June 2023 and part of Nike's Air Force 1 line. This release has a leather upper in White/Light Silver/Coconut Milk White/Black. The Air Force 1 is the shoe that proves Nike Air was never only about performance. Nike Air is a pressurised gas unit sealed in the midsole for cushioning, the technology that became a design feature once it was made visible on the 1987 Air Max, and the AF1 carries it hidden under a thick, deliberately heavy court silhouette. This 07 runs black with white and Coconut Milk, a warm off-white that softens the contrast so the shoe does not read as a hard monochrome. That third tone is the whole decision here: it turns the most familiar palette in sneakers into something with a little warmth in it.
Recipe one: all black, trousers and a crewneck, so the white and Coconut Milk sections do all the visual work at ground level and stop the fit going flat. Recipe two: dark denim with a cream knit, deliberately echoing the Coconut Milk tone up top so the shoe looks connected to the outfit rather than bolted on. The AF1 collar is high, so choose a hem that stacks over it or clears it entirely. It is a genuine all-day walking shoe. Clean the black leather and the off-white sections with separate cloths, since black dye transfers, and keep the warm white protected because it yellows faster than pure white under heat and sun.
From the 1980s onward Nike became a status symbol in urban and hip hop fashion, with Air Jordans, Air Force 1s and Air Max models becoming staples of mainstream American youth dress, then reappearing through 1990s and 2000s casual and athleisure looks. The AF1 is the most durable of those, a shoe with no single defining athlete moment that instead belongs to the people who wore it. Black and white is its most-worn register, and adding a warm off-white is how the model stays current without abandoning the palette it is known for. Just Do It, written by Dan Wieden in 1988, gave that everyday confidence its language.
Style code FQ6848 101 places this in the standard 07 build. The Air Force 1 Low is substantial by design: a thick midsole, a fully padded collar, a reinforced toe, a broad lacing panel and a pivot-point outsole that gives it its distinctive footprint. Underneath sits Nike Air, which is why a shoe this heavy still walks comfortably over a full day. Three-tone blocking on this model works because the AF1 upper is divided into large, clearly separated sections, so black can hold the base while white and Coconut Milk split the overlays and midsole. The collar tension does the work of holding your heel, so lace it properly to the top rather than leaving the last eyelet open.
