The Hydro line takes a numbered Jordan and translates it into a slide, and the 11 is the most loaded number they could have picked. The Air Jordan XI put patent leather on a basketball court, which is the single strangest material decision in the line's history and the reason people wear that model with suits. Gratitude is a colourway name rather than a description, so read it as a mood: the warm, ceremonial end of the palette rather than the Chicago flag.
