Hoka Ora Athletic Slide Vermillion White

Released on 16 March 2025 and part of the Ora Athletic Slide line. This release has a synthetic upper in Vermillion/White. Vermillion White is Hoka speaking in its native voice. The brand is known visually for loud colour blocking as much as for the oversized sidewall, and a strong red against white is the kind of pairing that made those early shoes impossible to mistake for anyone else's. The Ora Athletic Slide takes that identity and removes everything except the platform, which is where the company began: an oversized cushioned sole, built in Annecy in 2009 by two former Salomon employees who wanted to run downhill faster. Stripped to a strap and a footbed, the colour has to carry the personality, and vermillion does it without any help.
