Released on 2 June 2025 and part of the Adizero Evo SL line. This release has a textile upper in Cloud White/Royal Blue/Pure Ruby. Royal blue on white is the oldest good idea in sportswear, and on the Adizero Evo SL it does something specific: it makes a modern racing-derived shape look like team kit. The adizero line is adidas's competition programme, the place where the company still behaves like Adolf Dassler in Herzogenaurach, building for one job and testing on athletes. The Evo SL takes that shape and softens the demands, so you get the profile and the ride without the full racing commitment. In this colourway the white body carries the volume and the royal blue runs through the stripes and sole line, giving the shoe a clean, almost collegiate legibility that the black versions do not have.
Utility
Two recipes. Navy track pants and a white tee with a blue cap, keeping everything in one family so the shoe closes the loop. Or grey sweat shorts and an oversized white crewneck for warm weather, where the blue is the only saturated colour in the fit. It works for easy runs, gym sessions and long transit days. Size to your running fit with a little toe room, since the rocker pushes the foot forward. Construction
A light woven upper with minimal reinforcement, a slim tongue and a shaped foam midsole with a forefoot rocker that encourages a forward roll rather than a flat landing. The blue Three Stripes sit as a slim applied band on the sidewall, the same device adidas has used as branding and structure since buying the mark in 1952. Low-volume fit through the midfoot with a slightly open toe box. Because this is a performance-derived build, the upper is thinner than a lifestyle sneaker and will show creasing and abrasion sooner. Wear thin socks, lace evenly rather than yanking the top eyelets, and rotate it if you are running in it regularly.
