Hoka Clifton 9 Black/All Aboard

Released on 5 September 2023 and part of Hoka's Clifton line. This release has a knit upper in Black/All Aboard. Black with All Aboard puts a deep blue against a black upper, and on the Clifton 9 that combination lands somewhere between a running shoe and a wardrobe staple. The Clifton is the cushioned road daily trainer that took Hoka's founding idea, an oversized cushioned outsole built in Annecy so two former Salomon runners could descend faster, and made it work for people whose longest run is an hour. The ninth version is the one that sat in more rotations than any other. In dark tones with a blue accent, it keeps the exaggerated sidewall visible in profile while staying quiet enough to wear five days a week.
