Pirate Black is where the Yeezy Boost 350 stopped being a rumour and became a shoe people actually owned. The original arrived in August 2015 under code AQ2659 at 200 dollars, the first 350 colourway to land in any meaningful numbers, and it turned a runway curiosity into the pair everyone was chasing. A restock followed in February 2016. Then it went quiet for years, and in 2023 adidas brought it back under BB5350 at 230 dollars as part of a wider Yeezy restock run. That is the pair here, and the important thing is what did not change: it returned in its original blocking, same black and grey Primeknit, same red heel stitching, same full-length Boost. Utility
All-black Primeknit is the easiest thing in this category to wear, the real argument for Pirate Black over any louder 350. Construction
