Adidas Gazelle Indoor Bliss Pink Purple (W)

Released on 23 May 2023 and part of adidas's Gazelle line. This release has a suede upper in Bliss Pink/Core Black/Collegiate Purple. Bliss Pink with purple is the Gazelle Indoor pushed as far from its court brief as the shape allows. The silhouette was drawn for indoor sport, slim and flat with a grippy sole, and a soft pink upper with purple stripes turns that austerity into something almost decorative. adidas has a long record of letting outside voices take its shapes somewhere unexpected, from Stella McCartney's work with the brand since 2004 to designers including Yohji Yamamoto, Raf Simons and Alexander Wang, and colour experiments on the archive belong to that same permissive instinct. This is a women's pair, and the palette is the entire proposition.
