The CTT, short for Chinese Track Top, was never meant to leave China. adidas Originals' Shanghai studio built it for the domestic market, then showed the 3.1 generation at Shanghai Fashion Week in October 2025 before releasing it across mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan that December. Europe got it the following February, the United States on May 1, where it sold out on day one and forced a restock two weeks later.
