Elevate Low is Jordan Brand rebuilding its founding silhouette for a different way of walking, and Exploration Unit is the colour story wrapped around it. The Air Jordan 1 was drawn in 1984 as basketball equipment for one player, and the brand has spent the years since asking what else that outline can be: a Mid, a Low, a Flyease, a Zoom Comfort, and lifted versions like this one. That willingness to modify is what separates Jordan Brand from a heritage label. It is a Nike division created in 1997 with its own designers, and the original pattern is treated as raw material rather than as a relic to be preserved.
A raised sole shortens the leg line, so keep hems clean and deliberate. Cropped straight trousers ending above the ankle show the full sole and read as intentional. The second recipe is a longer line: a midi skirt or wide leg trouser with a slight break, letting the shoe peek out and add height without announcing it.
