Released on 1 July 2025 and part of the Air Jordan 1 line. This release has a leather upper in Court Purple/White/Dusty Amethyst. Court Purple with White and Dusty Amethyst is a two purple idea: a strong, saturated purple carrying the main panels and a softer, greyed out purple used to break it up, with white holding everything apart. On a grade school Air Jordan 1 Low that reads as playful rather than serious, which suits the cut. The pattern is the one Peter Moore designed with Bruce Kilgore for a Chicago Bulls rookie Nike signed on 26 October 1984, released to the public on 1 April 1985. Purple has never been a Jordan Brand team colour, and the Low in grade school sizing is precisely where the brand is free to ignore its own history and just pick a good colour.
Two fits. Sport: black or grey shorts with a white tee and low white socks, so the purple panels do all the talking against neutrals. Or everyday: dark jeans, a white tee, and a purple or black hoodie, repeating the accent once at the top. Lows are the easiest cut for daily wear because they slip on fast and do not need a cuffed hem. Grade school lengths run shorter than adult numbering, so measure before ordering and leave a little growing room. Keep the white midsole bright with a soft brush, clean the purple panels with a damp cloth and mild soap, and dry away from heat so the leather stays soft.

A kid putting on an Air Jordan 1 Low is joining that, and also joining a line that hip hop, Spike Lee's Mars Blackmon advertising and a resale market worth roughly two billion dollars have all shaped.
A leather upper cut below the ankle bone on the standard Air Jordan 1 Low panel set, perforated toe box, mudguard, eyestay and heel counter, over a rubber cupsole with the forefoot pivot circle. Two purples sitting next to each other need the white panels and midsole to stay clean, because the moment the white greys out the two tones collapse into one another and the blocking disappears. Grade school sizing scales the last rather than redrawing the pattern. Brush the white first with mild soap, wipe the purple panels with a damp cloth, and keep abrasive cleaners away from the softer amethyst tone, which lifts more easily than the saturated one.
